Professor and student of Oenology. Winemaker and viticultor. President of the D.O. Arlanza. I left my profession as an international consultant to devote myself to the passion of recovering the authentic wines of my family and of Arlanza.

We are tackling the macro-trend of "field blended" with hundred-year-old vines in Arlanza. Something that is considered innovative today but that has been done in the Arlanza valley for a lifetime. very small wineyards of old vines with more than 5 different varieties that are vinified by pago to obtain unique wines. Some varieties come from other wine-growing areas and that after 100 years of their plantation have adapted to a climate, soil, altitude and biodiversity that make up unique wines with extra-limited editions.
