Agricultural Engineer UPValencia. After working for other wineries, he begin his personal project in 2014, based on the recovery of the traditional viticultural landscape of La Font de la Figuera. Combines with Finca Sandoval's Technical Management.

Tasting and round table carried out by four relevant representatives of the vinification and aging of wines without the use of wood.
