He began his career at the Maher Restaurant (Michelin Star) and as a restaurant advisor for the NH hotel group. He is currently head chef at the Hotel Tres Reyes and La Hacienda de Mutilva (Navarra), as well as a gastronomic advisor at DEBURE.
