During the celebration, #BWWGastronomy Food & Wine Restaurant surprised us every day with unique cuisine. Through exquisite tapas and dishes, we explored the authentic flavours of traditional Catalan, Galician and Madrilenian cuisine. This gastronomic experience was carefully elaborated by:

CASA DE TAPAS CAÑOTA
Josep Maria Masó and Alex López
Traditional Catalan and market cuisine restaurant with a wide gastronomic offer of dishes, portions and stews to share. Every day they offer suggestions of seasonal products from the best markets in the city, as well as from local producers.
Tuesday
TANGANA
Aitor Gomezurreta
Galician-inspired tapas restaurant with very good references of fish and seafood, patatas bravas, Galician octopus, Russian salad, beer and wine. Its offer is the same as always, but adding a playful touch of creativity and all of the best quality.

HERMANOS VINAGRE
Enrique and Carlos Valentí
Hermanos Vinagre is a restaurant in Madrid that pays homage to the most traditional side of the capital. It was born with the idea of recovering the aperitif, where homemade preserves are the protagonists.
FOOD AND WINE PAIRINGS BY CÑESAR CÁNOVAS
César Cánovas, National Gastronomy Award 2012, Spanish Sommelier Champion 2002 and 2005, Best Sommelier of Spain Ruinart Trophy 2001 and 2004, will create for #BWWGastronomy Food & Wine Restaurant an exclusive selection of wines to pair with each of the restaurants' creations.
