Alta Alella Cau d’en Genís is the quintessence of what a premium Pansa Blanca should be: fresh attack, brackish with flavors of white fruit, fennel and salty notes. Mineral, silky and persistent with a long and elegant aftertaste. The saline expression of a unique plot on the edge of the Mediterranean. Selection of the oldest parcel of the estate, aging on lees gives the wine a strong expression of the vintage.
