In addition, you will have a tasting menu consisting of:

· Carrot and Lotus root pickle, pickled turnip with Kombu seaweed, purple beet stuffed with avocado, sour and sweet apple. Pairing: La Ticota, Avinyó

· Roasted peppers with trout caviar and egg. Pairing: Cuveé DS, Freixenet

· Salsifis with mushrooms in hazelnut hummus. Food pairing: Uma Brut Gran Reserva, Giró Ribot
